To carry out its shipments in Italy and around the world, GLS72 relies on the main express couriers present on the international territory for the excellence and reliability of their services, such as UPS, TNT, DPD.
The choice of the appropriate carrier for a given shipment depends on the characteristics of the goods and the place of delivery.
In general, delivery is made within the times indicated when placing the order where the relative delivery costs will also be specified. When the package is shipped from our warehouses, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing a link to track the delivery.
When the courier delivers the goods, the customer is required to carry out certain checks.
1.check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to those indicated in the sales document received by e-mail;
2. check that the packaging is intact and does not show signs of alteration or damage, chipped or crushed corners, removed or replaced adhesive tape, stains or damp parts.
If any damage is found, either to the packaging or to the product, or if the packages do not match, it must be reported promptly to the sender by signing the delivery receipt with the words "RESERVE FOR CHECK".
By signing subject to check, the recipient who received the goods from the delivery person can check the contents of the package after its collection. In this way, by noting any damage caused during transport (photos in support if possible), the buyer can make a claim to the seller and the latter consequently to the carrier.
For purchases made online, damage suffered by the goods during transport can only be contested with the carrier within eight days of delivery.
In the event that the packaging is not damaged and it is only upon opening that the customer notices defects or damage, the customer must keep the original packaging to allow Gls72 to open a complaint against the carrier: Gls72 may then replace or refund the goods purchased.
Notification of this type of damage must be made no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods by sending an e-mail to info@gls72.us.
If, upon opening the package, the Customer realizes that he has received products other than those ordered, he must report this promptly by calling +39541-920388 or by sending an e-mail to info@gls72.us.
