All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, according to the terms established by the latter. This guarantee is limited to the item sold, to the exclusion of any other service as well as any indemnity or compensation. This warranty will apply to products presenting defects in conformity and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and diligently, i.e. in accordance with its destination and the provisions of any technical documentation, in compliance with the various operating rules indicated therein. However, the aforementioned warranty will not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, connection of what has been purchased to electrical systems or any other type of non-compliant connection. 

In the event that the complaint of defects or defects proves to be unfounded, since it is not a question of hidden manufacturing defects, but of damage due to incorrect and diligent use of the product, the Customer may, at its option:

I) leave the damaged product to GLS72 srl without claiming reimbursement of any kind; 

II) use the assistance and repair services offered by GLS72 srl not covered by the warranty; 

III) return the damaged product; in the cases referred to in points II) and III) above, transport and repair costs will be borne by the Customer. 

The transport costs of the products to be replaced or repaired and of the replaced or repaired products are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

9.2 In the event of a lack of conformity, GLS72 srl will indicate, at no cost to the customer, one or more assistance centers to repair the anomaly. 

In this case, it is requested to contact GLS72 srl at the email address: info@gls72.eu who will provide all the information relating to the assistance centers. 

In the event of a lack of conformity, the private consumer customer has the right to have the conformity of the goods restored free of charge by repair, replacement or an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of article 130 of the d. Legislative Decree 206/2005. 

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code which covers any lack of conformity of the items purchased, existing at the time of delivery and occurring within 2 years following delivery.

Excluded from defects of conformity and therefore from the legal guarantee are defects or damage caused by fortuitous events or by the responsibility of the Customer due to use of the products not conforming to the use for which they are intended, or effect of normal wear and tear. Product repair or replacement times depend exclusively on the manufacturer and the assistance center and no damage can be claimed from GLS72 srl for any delay. 9.3 In order to activate the product warranty, the customer must keep the invoice or receipt, or print and keep the invoice or receipt sent by email.
