It all started in 1972 when the founder Luciano Semprini, driven by his passion, considered the creation of woodworking machines. Over the years, this hobby became a profession and it was not until the end of the 80s that GLS72 went from manufacturer to retailer with the opening of a tool shop in the heart of “della Valmarecchia Romagnola”. This establishment is dedicated to DIY, craftsmen and companies specializing in wood and ironworking.
At the end of the 90s, with the help of his son Federico, GLS72 expanded the range of products on sale, and took on a new challenge: becoming an online retailer, offering exclusivity for certain brands.It is with the same values that have guided our company over all these years: honesty, trust and availability to customers that we have embarked on the conquest of the Web. The experience acquired over the years in the wood and iron processing sector allows us to select the best products and to make available to our customers our great know-how to advise before and after the purchase.
Today, we make over 3,000 shipments per month and deliver all over the world. We are also present on the main marketplaces and we are completing the implementation of our online sales network to make the "business to business" digital and 4.0. We have a dedicated customer support center and a new logistics headquarters located in Torriana. The repair center has remained at our Novafeltria site, which is still in operation. We are expanding the showroom, modular and eco-sustainable where we will be able to show and test our products. We also believe that the market must be protected from the competition of the "lowest price", offering a 5-star service and helping all our current and future customers in the pre- and post-sales.
