KERA-CUT EXT art.8AE3: cutting equipment for large-format tiles.

The aluminum guide, secured to the tile with 51F suction cups (stain-resistant, freely positionable, also suitable for rough surfaces), allows the carriage with a scoring wheel to slide.

The carriage, which runs on hardened tracks, has wheels coated in wear-resistant plastic with double ball bearings.

The new scoring carriage features a stronger lever: pushing with a two-handed lever allows for very deep scoring.

The separation is then performed with the supplied pliers. This system can also cut tiles thicker than 7 mm (soft porcelain stoneware only).

The lower guides are covered with non-slip, stain-resistant rubber. The guide rails are joined at three points in high-precision steel: the steel connecting joint, 19 mm in diameter and 480 mm in length, ensures great rigidity and straightness of the assembled extruded profiles.

For transport, the guides and all accessories are contained in the two supplied cases.

Alternatively, for cutting thicker and particularly hard materials, an optional grinder trolley allows for sawing with a diamond blade.
